Andrew Biscay entered the insurance sector in 2012 after a career in hospitality & management. Andrew is a huge film buff, loves technology, current/past member of several networking organizations, in a leadership role with the Excelsior Lions Club, board of directors of the Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce, board of directors with the South Lake Minnetonka Crime Prevention Fund, regular block captain for national night out, & Notary for the State of MN. He holds an insurance license in MN, WI, and AZ. He has a wife (Kathryn) reside in Chanhassen with their 3 amazing kids.

Kathryn joins the insurance sector from her previous role as a project coordinator in the audio-visual world. She and her husband Andrew have three children that they raise in the Twin Cities. Kathryn is a huge movie fan, with an emphasis on the horror genre.
Kathryn loves networking and is in a variety of mom-based networking groups and social clubs. Kathryn holds her property and casualty license in the state of Minnesota.

Amanda joins South Lake Agency as a Director of Client Relations. Before joining South Lake Agency, she worked in banking for most of her career and has a background in accounting. She currently is a member of Team Women and also serves on the board of MNAFP as President.
Outside of work life, Amanda currently lives in Chanhassen with her husband Chris and together they have one child: Desmond. Amanda enjoys all things Minnesota outdoors with her family including camping, paddle boarding on the many lakes of Minnesota, and hiking. She also loves to shop and hang out with friends and her family!

Nic Joins South Lake Agency as the Director of Client Acquisition. Before joining South Lake Agency, he worked in the agriculture field although he has maintained his insurance license since 2013. He previously worked exclusively in the insurance field from 2013-2021 for a national carrier. He is a former president of the Excelsior Lions Club
Nic is an insurance professional with a passion for helping clients secure their futures. As a dedicated parent of two, he values family time and enjoys outdoor adventures. When not at work, you can find him fishing, hunting, or exploring new destinations. Nic believes that life is best lived outdoors and strives to create lasting memories with loved ones.

Gavin joins South Lake Agency as a Licensed Client Executive. Before joining South Lake Agency, Gavin worked in database solutions and sales operations for many years and also holds a real estate license. He is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences by leveraging efficient systems and automation to create a seamless and satisfying process.
Outside of work, Gavin lives in Chaska with his wife, Jadie, and their two cats, Biggs and Poppy. He enjoys playing the drums, card games with friends, and staying active with sports like tennis, pickleball, and rock climbing. With a focus on integrity and efficiency, Gavin believes that surrounding yourself with good and honest people leads to a fulfilling and satisfying life.

Shawna is a South Minneapolis native who moved to Chaska 20 years ago and started family. She’s spent most of her time as a full-time mom, enjoying raising her daughter Sophia and her son Josh and attending their sporting events. Now, with the kids grown, she’s starting a new career with insurance. After spending the last 6 years in client care at a chiropractic firm, she’s excited for the opportunity to continue taking care of people and their insurance needs. In her free time Shawna enjoys working out, walking trails with her family, reading and lake time. Her two crazy but cute orange cats, Mac and Cheese keep her on her toes and provide endless entertainment for the family.
